Salad Kick

Today for lunch I made this and it was delicious.  The end.

Ingredients: Spring Mix, Chopped red/yellow peppers, pepper jack cheese, salsa mixed with 1 T. ranch dressing, tortilla chips, and a 100-calorie pack of Wholly Guac.  Total calories: 400

A new favorite!

Yum.

  1. What a great lunch…I would do it without the guac cuz I’m weird and don’t like it, but otherwise it sounds like a great lunch!! and soooo healthy!
