Our third and final Dinsey park day was spent at Magic Kingdom. Compared to Animal Kingdom and Epcot, it took MUCH longer to get from the parking lot to the main entrance. There are lines for everything – the tram (should’ve walked), security/bag check, and ticket turnstiles. I think it took 45 minutes just to get inside! I can’t imagine what it would’ve been like on a Saturday or Sunday.
I didn’t do a lot of research prior to our Magic Kingdom experience but we were already familiar with the FastPass system. However, I had no idea that you could get a FastPass to visit the princesses and Mickey Mouse. We happened to learn this the other day when talking in line to another mom while waiting for Snow White. So glad we did!
So, the first thing we did was walk to the Theater and get a FastPass for the princesses and Mickey for 10:45. We did a little bit of shopping and taking pictures on Main Street while we waited. To me, it was the perfect start to our day.
Mini was so excited to meet Cinderella!
She also chatted with Aurora, Rapunzel, and later on, she met Ariel. All of the princesses did a wonderful job making her feel special. Mini loved getting their autographs and decorated some of their pages before they signed. She saw Tiana, Belle, and Snow White in the parade and it was – what can I say? – magical. She was so excited! There’s no place like Magic Kingdom for little girls.
Max’s favorite rides were the Pirates of the Caribbean and Jungle Cruise. Our tour guide had me laughing the whole time on that ride. My favorite part was just watching the kids have a great time throughout the day. I think wrapping up the Disney part of our trip with Magic Kingdom was a good idea. We all had a great time.
We were all tired and ready to go about 4:00. We rode the ferry back to the parking lot. It was a nice and peaceful way to end the day.

Mike was being goofy in this picture. He can’t help it.
Step aside, ladies. He’s mine.
Goodbye, Magic Kingdom. Goodbye, Disney World.

Yup… Mini and Cinderella… CRIED. My 2 Princesses.<3
Looks like the perfect vacation to me!!
I loved looking at your Disney pictures – that was the best vacation we ever had. Emma has 4 when we went, and the princess were still magical to her!
