This is just a simple WFMW idea but it’s really been helpful to me. I keep a standing-up stack of folders in the corner of my desk for every activity we’re involved in. I buy the higher quality tabbed folders at Staples in glossy bright colors (!!!) and I can label them with a Sharpie (!!!). For you Sharpie fans you know the joy of writing on glossy folders!
In these folders are all the papers and forms I need to keep for each activity. I keep the stack of folders in a corner of the kitchen, a place where I’ll likely spend 92% of my time. I’m way more likely to file papers away if the folders are in a location that’s super convenient. The folders truly enable me to stay on top of things and not have to root through a pile of papers in order to find a health form or registration print-out that I need.

Great ideas! Thanks for the tip!
Great tip! I use a 3-ring binder with different sections for activities, menu, church, etc. Love it!
Awesome idea!!
Ahh, fresh office supplies! Almost makes filing fun!
Great tip! I could use some more paper organization! I like the bright colors, too!
Love this!!!
Great idea. First, I need to get a desk. Then I will immediatly get some glossy folders and sharpies.
Great idea! Thanks for the tip!
ooooo! GREAT IDEA! I love organization stuff and Sharpies! It’s a win-win idea
Great tip-I use an expandable folder & label it by activity & kiddo! It has a clasp on it and it slip easily into my bag & I have everything at my finger tips.
I also have a family notebook that I keep in a basket by my phone-it has my menu planning, my cleaning zones, phone numbers that I don’t use all the time, business cards etc.
I’m working on a household inventory notebook as well, all copies of pictures & inventoy will also be stored on a flash drive & locked in my fire box just in case!
I love to see how other people organize their family acitivites & daily life!
Have a great Wednesday!
Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier. I’ve loved my visit here too.
This idea is an easy one, but so smart. Thanks.
Hugs!
